- How can I pay my loan amount?
You can go to any of our payment partners to initiate bills payment transaction and provide the following payment details:Merchant-Name: SB Finance
-Customer Number / Account Number: [should be the PN Number and NOT the existing payment reference number from Asialink Group]
-Customer Name:
-Payment Amount: - What will happen to my payment when I pay to Asialink Finance Corporation accredited payment channels? Will it be posted to my account? Do I need to contact Asialink Finance Corporation regarding this matter?
Asialink Finance Corporation will forward to SBF the payment you have settled and SBF will post it to the applicable customer’s loan account. We do encourage you to settle your payments with the SBF payment channels as enumerated in item #5 to avoid delays in posting. - What will happen to those post-dated checks (PDCs) that were initially issued by the clients to Asialink Finance Corporation?
SB Finance will be the one to have the PDCs cleared and posted on the due date except those that were returned to Global Dominion wherein payment shall be made via other payment channels on or before the due date. - What if I want to change my post-dated checks (PDCs), where can I submit my new set of PDCs?

Your late fee will be 3% of your monthly installment due or PhP500 whichever is higher. - How to pay-off or pre-terminate my existing loan?

Enrollment can be done in any Security Bank branch nationwide. - Where can I pick up my original collateral documents?
To schedule the pickup of your original collateral documents, reach out to our Contact Center Group via our Customer Service Hotline at (02) 8887-9188 from 8:30am to 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays or email [email protected].
Release of the original collateral documents are as follows:
For Metro Manila: G/F Keyland Arnaiz Bldg. 849 Antonio Arnaiz Avenue, Barangay San Lorenzo, Makati City 1223. Open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays.
For Luzon and VisMin Areas: Nearest SBC – SMU Provincial Hubs Open from 8:30am to 5:30pm Mondays to Fridays, except public holidays. - How do I apply for Car4Cash?
You may apply through the zukí mobile app of SB Finance (download from App Store or Google Play), Security Bank branches, or SB Finance authorized sales agents.
- Up to how much can I loan in Car4Cash?
Your loan amount will be based on the appraised value of your car. Maximum loan amount is 80% of the appraised value.

- What are the available loan terms?
You can pay your loan amount for 12, 18, 24, and 36 months.
If your loan amount is worth PhP500,000 and up, you can pay for up to 48 months. 16. What is your monthly interest rate?
