MotorsikLOAN Ride and Relax Summer Promo

1. The campaign is valid only for SB Finance’s MotorsikLOAN product.
2. This promo is open to new customers who will avail of a MotorsikLOAN through partner dealers and 2W repo warehouse within the period of March 15 to May 31, 2025.
3. Existing SBF customers with outstanding loan obligations from SBF are disqualified from joining the promo.
4. After applying for a MotorsikLOAN, SB Finance may contact the customer via phone call to further conduct product eligibility screening. SB Finance may additionally contact the customer to provide guidance on the submission if applicable.
5. SB Finance shall track the date of application by each customer to ensure that Campaign Eligibility is fulfilled.
6. Customers who successfully avail of a MotorsikLOAN from SB Finance via participating partner dealers within the promo period will earn an e-raffle entry if the loan is booked or availed within the cut-off period below.

7. Qualified entries will be electronically drawn via Microsoft Team together with the supervision of a DTI representative on:

8. A customer can only win once during the raffle draw.
9. Promo is valid only for booked loans disbursed within the promo period. Cancelled or withdrawn applications will not be eligible.
10. All winners must be an active customer with no past due payments. If the winner has past due payments during the entire campaign period, the prize will be forfeited and will be given to the next winner in line who has no past due payments.

Note: Customers who were booked within the promo period but are not yet due for first payment can still qualify and win in the promo. However, the prize will be turned over to him or her once the 1st payment has been settled.

11. SB Finance will send a registered mail, SMS, and email to the winner for prize claiming procedures.
12. List of winners will be announced on SB Finance’s official Facebook page.
13. Prizes are non-transferrable and not convertible to cash.
14. SB Finance Marketing will book the hotel or Airbnb accommodation based on the winner’s preference. The total cost must not exceed PhP 10,000. If the chosen accommodation exceeds the budget, the excess amount will be deducted from the winner’s PhP 5,000 GCash Giftaway voucher. The overnight staycation prize must be redeemed within 60 calendar days from notification date. Any changes to the booking shall be subject to terms and conditions of the hotel property and must not be charged to SB Finance.
15. Prizes that are unclaimed will be forfeited by SB Finance within 60 calendar days from notification date and with prior approval of DTI.
16. By joining this program, participants agree and allow SB Finance to disclose and publish their names and photos for marketing purposes.
17. All employees of Security Bank Group and its Creatives/PR/Media agencies, and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promo.

 

Terms and Conditions:

1. SB Finance will conduct a thorough review to ensure that all submitted details are accurate and complete.
2. All loan products are subject to existing policies and procedures of SB Finance.
3. Winners must claim their prize within 60 calendar days from the date specified in the promo mechanics. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. Any requests to change the winner’s preferred booking dates are subject to the policies of the selected airline and hotel. Availability may vary, and SB Finance recommends coordinating directly with the hotel at the earliest opportunity to ensure a smooth booking process.
5. All matters and disputes will be subject to the final decision of SB Finance and with prior approval of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
6. SB Finance reserves the right to terminate the loan application and the prizes under this promo in case a fraudulent or malicious activity has been detected during the credit investigation.
