I am new to zuki, how do I start my application?
Thank you for considering us to help you with your financial needs. To start your journey with us, proceed to Google Play or Apple Store and search for zukì. Download the app and register your complete details to create an account.
I am an existing SB Finance customer; how do I start my application?
If you are an existing SB Finance customer, but new to our mobile loan application, you will need to download zukì from Google Play or Apple Store, and register using the mobile number that you have registered before to SB Finance.
What shall I do if I am an existing SB Finance customer, but would like to use a different phone number or email address?
For us to serve you better, please contact our CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE at (+632) 8887-9188 if you wish to change the mobile number registered with us.
If I am a US citizen, can I apply for an SB Finance loan?
Unfortunately, we do not support this at the moment.
Can I change my M-Pin after I have set it up?
Yes, you can change your M-Pin after you have set it up. Just navigate and look for “More” and click “Update PIN”, and you will be able to change it under your account profile.
Can I change my mobile number/email address after registering an account?
Yes, you can change your mobile number or email address after you have set it up. Just navigate and look for “More” and click “Update Contact Details”, and you will be able to change it under your account profile.
I am an existing SB Finance customer; can I view my existing loans on zukì?
Yes, upon successfully linking your mobile number with your SB Finance account, you will be able to view the existing loans on the mobile application. If you have changed your mobile number or email address, please refer to question 3 before registering a mobile account.
I do not have a passport or UMID, can I still apply for a loan?
Yes, you can! We support 21 different ID types as follows:

How do I purchase a product with my Hooloogan?
After a successful Hooloogan application, you can visit any of our partner merchants to use your new credit line to finance your purchases. At the merchant, approach any cashier to request for a unique Cashier’s QR code or input the cashier’s ID, then choose the product you wish to finance with your Hooloogan cash credit line.
Useful tip: Look out for any promotions or 0% installment plans!
How do I search for a MotorsikLOAN product?
During the MotorsikLOAN application process, you would be requested to input a referral code. If your agent serving you is tied to any MotorsikLOAN dealers, the mobile application will automatically retrieve the list of available MotorsikLOAN products for your selection.
Alternatively, you can manually search for a desired MotorsikLOAN dealer via our name search function. Use the provided dealer address to ensure you have chosen the right dealer!
I have received my loan approval, but I would like to request for a higher loan limit, what should I do?
We approve the maximum loan amount based on the income documents that you have submitted. Should you wish for a higher loan limit, you may send a request to our customer service and provide the additional documents needed to support the request, which will be subject for approval.
How to reschedule a loan signing appointment?
Return to approved application, navigate to “view or edit” appointment.

How do I make an early prepayment?
Select an existing loan follow the following steps:
- On the account details page, navigate to “Early settlement” tab.
- Here you will be informed of the outstanding payment due as of date of enquiry. Once a payment has been made, this will be reflected under “Over payment”.
- Click “Payment Made”
For how many months/terms I can pay the loan?
You have the option to pay the loan amount for: 12, 18, 24 and 36 months.

How will I know if my loan is approved?
You will receive a notification from zukì app regarding your loan releasing schedule, and an authorized SB Finance representative will contact you to confirm your schedule. You may also contact our Customer Service hotline at 02-8887-9188 or send an email at SalesSupport@sbfinance.com.ph
How will I get my loan proceeds?
Loan proceeds will be credited to your preferred bank via PesoNet or InstaPay.
Can I get a personal loan if I have a cancelled credit card?
If you have a cancelled credit card from any bank, please get the necessary clearance before applying for a personal loan to ensure the smooth processing of your application.
Can I pre-terminate my loan?
Yes, you can pre-terminate the loan but there will be a processing fee of PhP 2,500 (based on PN) shall be applied to your account.
Can I re-avail of a loan?
You can re-avail your personal loan as long as you have already paid at least half of your original loan term, and there has been no record of missed payments. Example: Original loan term is for 12 months and you have already paid your amortizations for 6 months already, you can apply for re-availment. Upon booking, your previous loan balance will be deducted from the proceeds of your new loan.
Can I avail of two personal loans at the same time?
Borrower cannot avail two separate loans at the same time. At least half of the term for the existing loan must be paid off first before they can apply for another loan.
Will there be an encumbrance on the client’s ORCR?
No. We will only safekeep the client’s ORCR and release it once the loan gets fully paid.
Who is the target market for this product?
Car4Cash can be offered to both employed and self-employed individuals (aged 21-65 years old) who presently own a car for at least six months.
What cars are eligible for Car4Cash FAQs?

What is the minimum income requirement for Car4Cash?
- Employed individuals
- For Metro Manila: P15,000
- For outside Metro Manila: P12,000
- Self-employed individuals: Minimum gross monthly income of P60,000
Where can the clients apply?
They may apply through our zukì app, Security Bank branches, and SB Finance authorized sales agents.
How much is the amount that the client can loan?
The basis of the loan shall be the appraised value of the car. Maximum loan amount is 80% of the appraised value

What are the available loan terms?
12, 18, 24, 36, 48 months
How much is the interest rate?
The interest rate shall be based on the age of the car and chosen loan term.

How long does it take to process a Car4Cash application?
5-7 banking days, if complete requirements are submitted to the branch or uploaded in the online application form and if applicant is verified without adverse findings.
Where can the appraisal be held?
It may be held at the SB Finance Hub, SBC branch or satellite office, residence of the client or any other location preferred by the client.

What is the mode of release for Car4Cash?

How can the clients pay for their loan?
The clients can pay their loan OTC at any Security Bank branch or through our accredited payment channels nationwide.
What is Credit Line?
Credit Line is key functionality of Hooloogan. It provides customers the ability to use the line to purchase products at partner merchants as long as the amount is within their available Credit Line. The available Credit line is replenished whenever payments are made.
How will I know if my Hooloogan application is approved?
Once your application is approved, there will be a notification sent to the zukì app and to your registered email. You may also contact our Customer Service Hotline at 02-8887-9188 or email zuki@sbfinance.com.ph
How much is the amount I can loan?
We can provide Credit Line starting from Php 10,000 up to Php 200,000, depending on your submitted income documents. And the minimum purchase amount for Pay Hooloogan is PhP5,000.
What are the available monthly terms I can choose to pay the loan?
For Cash Hooloogan and Pay Hooloogan features, you have option to pay the loan amount for: 3, 6, 9, 12, 18, 24, 36 and 48 months.

What is Pay Hooloogan?
Pay Hooloogan is an in-store installment loan option in Hooloogan where you can go to SBF partner stores and use your available Hooloogan cash loan line when you checkout at the cashier via QR code.
How do I avail of in-store installment loan?
You need to download the zukì app, go to Hooloogan and apply for a cash loan line. Once approved, you can follow the following steps:
- Visit our partner stores,
- Choose your preferred product
- Open the zukì app and go to Hooloogan Product and Pay Hooloogan
- Scan QR code at the cashier and follow the instruction shown on the screen to complete the transaction, get your product and you’re good to go.
How do I receive my Statement Overview?
Statement Overview will be sent to you every month based on your billing date via email or you can access it via zukì application.
How do I make a payment to my loan?
You may pay your loan via Auto-Debit Arrangement from your Savings Account or through our accredited payment channels nationwide.
an I pre-terminate my loan?
Yes, you can pre-terminate the loan but there will be a processing fee of 5% of outstanding principal balance or P2,500 whichever is higher, shall be applied to your account.
Can I re-avail of a loan?
Re-avail is one of Hooloogan’s key functionality, so you can re-avail loan(s) as long as you have available Credit Line in Hooloogan.
Can I avail more than one loan at the same time?
Yes, with Hooloogan product, you can avail loan(s) as many as you need as long as you have available Credit Line in Hooloogan.
Where can I view my loan details – due date, installment amount, remaining installments, total remaining balance, payments posted, etc?
You can easily access your loan detail via zukì mobile application by going to your Hooloogan account information.
What if I cannot pay on the due date?
In case you will not able to pay on the due date please immediately contact our 24-HOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE HOTLINE at (+632) 8887-9188 for advices.
Where do I get the motorcycle?
For brand new motorcycle – to our partner dealers

Yes. The motorcycle is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty

Does it have Insurance? / Is Insurance required?
For regular bikes (less than 200cc engine), TPL Insurance is required and it is a requirement in the LTO registration. For medium and high-end bikes (200cc and up), Comprehensive Insurance is required to be facilitated by SB Finance. Comprehensive Insurance fees are client’s expense.
What are the payment options for monthly amortization?
Payment options can be done thru our partner payment channels.
Where can I pay the monthly amortization?
SB Finance offers a convenient way for its customers by partnering with different payment channels nationwide for a hassle-free and convenient way of paying monthly amortizations.
Where can I pay the downpayment?
Down payment shall be done at the partner dealer where you will release your motorcycle unit. An official receipt shall be issued for the DP.
Can I avail no downpayment?
No. However if you have a good credit standing based on our credit investigation, you may be entitled for a low-down payment.
Do I have rebate?
Yes. The monthly amortization in the price catalogue is already net of rebates (assuming the client will pay on time). If the client did not pay on or before due date, additional PhP200 should be paid for regular bikes and additional PhP500 for pre-owned bikes.
What are the available terms?
For Regular Category Motorcycle – 12, 18, 24,30 and 36 month-term are available.
For High-end Category Motorcycle – 12, 18, 24, 30, 36 and 48 month-term are available.
What if my due date will fall on a weekend?
Our payment centers are accepting payments even on weekends and holidays.
Can I pay via post dated cheques?
No, you cannot pay your loan amortization with a post-dated cheque.
Does it have a penalty charge?
Yes. If you miss your due date, you will pay late payment fee plus the amount of rebates that was removed from the amortization.
How long will the process take?
If everything is in order, the processing time shall take 2 – 8 Hours upon receiving the complete documentary requirements.
How do I know the status of my application?
You may view the status of your loan application on zukì mobile app.
I am a foreigner living here in the Philippines can I avail the MotorsikLOAN?
Yes, as long you’ve been here in the Philippines for at least one (1) year and you have all the complete identification and income documents.
I am just renting can I avail the MotorsikLOAN?
Yes, as long you’ve been residing in the Philippines for at least one (1) year.
What are the requirements for MotorsikLOAN?

What are the acceptable IDs?
Any of the government-issued IDs bearing a photo and/or two (2) secondary IDs.
What are the acceptable proofs of income?

Where can I get the repo units?
Repo units are available exclusively at our Repo Warehouse, located at #8 Mercury Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City. We’re open Mondays to Saturdays (except holidays) from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Is the motorcycle unit covered by a warranty?
Unlike brand-new units, repossessed units no longer have the Manufacturer’s Warranty. Clients are advised of the “As is, Where is” clause in the contract upon the release of the unit.
Is insurance required?
TPL Insurance is a requirement for LTO registration, and for repo units, this will be processed by the client.
What are the available terms?
For repo units, terms are 12, 18, 24, 30, and 36 months.
Are there any additional charges or fees required?
None. For financing, only the downpayment is required for the release of the motorcycle unit. For cash sale, only the full SRP shall be paid by the client. Payments are made through our Security Bank partners nationwide.

How do I know my Payment Reference Number?
Your payment reference number will appear in your zukì app after 5-7 banking days upon release.
Do I have a REBATE?
Yes. The monthly amortization in the price catalogue is already net of rebates (assuming the client will pay on time). If the client did not pay on or before the due date, an additional PhP 200 should be paid for regular bikes, and an additional PhP 500 for pre-owned bikes.
What if my due date falls on a weekend?
