1. What changes will be implemented for Salary Advance (SALAD)?

    SALAD will be moving to SB Finance, an affiliate of Security Bank Corporation (SBC) – engaged in the business of extending credit facilities to consumers, beginning June 21, 2022. With this move, SALAD will now be called “eSALAD”.

  5. Until when can we apply for a Salary Advance Loan with Security Bank?

    Clients may apply for SALAD with SBC until June 17, 2022 only.

  6. What will happen with our existing SALAD loan under SBC?

    Your existing SALAD loan under SBC will still be collected every cut off until your loan maturity. Upon full payment, you can re-avail under SBF.

  7. Do I need to enroll in eSALAD?

    No. We will automatically transfer your existing enrolment from SBC to SBF provided you have accepted the new Terms and Conditions of SBF.

  8. After I accept the new Terms and Conditions of eSALAD, can I immediately apply for loan?

    An SMS welcome notification with approved credit limit and loan availment instruction shall be sent to your registered mobile number as soon as you are qualified to avail the new eSALAD facility.

  9. What will happen starting June 21?

    Starting June 21, all existing clients that accepted the Terms and Conditions of SBF and have no outstanding Salary Advance Loan with SBC can avail eSALAD under SBF. An SMS notification shall be sent to client’s registered mobile number with instruction on how you can avail the loan.

  10. What if I still have existing loans with SBC Salary Advance Loan on June 21?

    You need to finish your SALAD loan with SBC before you can re-avail under SBF. You will receive SMS notification as soon as you can avail the new and improved eSALAD facility managed by SBF.
