1. SBF shall offer to the public a sealed bidding campaign via online for several repossessed motorcycle units on the respective dates and schedules as listed below:
Starting Date: April 6, 2024 8:30 am
Ending Date: April 12, 2024 5:30 pm
2. Interested bidders shall accomplish the online bidding application form and submit one clear (1) valid ID (click “valid ID” for the list of acceptable IDs). Click the link for directions of the online bidding application form: Apply Here!
Note: This link will only be made available at the prescribed date and time of the bid. Once the bid is closed, the link shall be made unavailable and removed from SBF website. Upon completion of the form, a confirmation page shall appear which will serve as acknowledgement receipt of the bid. In case confirmation page did not appear, please feel free to email our remarketing personnel at remarketing@sbfinance.com.ph.
3. Bidders are allowed to submit more than one (1) bid for their desired unit. They must complete one (1) fully accomplished online bidding application form per bid. For example, three (3) bids equal three (3) completely filled online bidding application forms.
4. All listed units shall be an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. The client agrees with the quality and condition of the unit before submitting their sealed bid. 5. SBF shall choose the winners with the highest bid. In case of a tie, winners shall be requested to submit a new bid until there is a winner. Therefore, a new turnaround time shall be decided by SBF.
6. SBF shall announce the winners with the highest bid within three (3) working days from the closing date of the bid.
7. Winners shall be informed through their registered email and mobile number. Furthermore, instructions shall be provided to the winner on how to pay and claim their unit.
8. Upon receipt of the announcement, winners shall be requested to pay within three (3) working days to claim their motorcycle unit. Payment shall be deposited at an SBF designated bank account.
9. Upon payment, winners must proceed to SBF Repo Warehouse to claim their motorcycle, keys, and other necessary documents (i.e. Deed of Absolute of Sales (DOAS) & photocopy of ORCR). SBF shall provide the original ORCR to winners within two (2) to three (3) months from date of release.
Also, winners must bring and present their validated deposit slip to any SBF Remarketing personnel stationed at the warehouse.
10. In case winning bidder fails to meet the prescribed deadline of payments hall lose their right to claim the motorcycle unit. They shall receive an SMS/email informing them of the forfeiture. Therefore, the motorcycle unit shall be awarded to the next highest bidder.
11. Any unsold motorcycle unit after the bidding will revert to its original price prior to sealed bid event.
12. All employees from the SBC Group, affiliates, and relatives up to 3rd degree of consanguinity shall be allowed to participate in the bidding.

1. All listed units are subject to change without prior notice.
2. All bidders must be of legal age upon joining the program. SBF shall disqualify bidders who do not meet these criteria.
3. The bidder agrees with the quality and condition of the unit before submitting a bid.
4. In case of any fortuitous event (i.e. internet downtime or brownout), interested bidders may proceed to fill out the physical application bidding form available at SBF Repo Warehouse. Upon accomplishment, bidder must seal and drop their bidding form at the designated drop boxes displayed at SBF Repo Warehouse
