Bidding Mechanics

• SB Finance ("SBF") shall offer to the public a one-day sealed bidding event for selected repossessed motorcycle units on September 21, 2024 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Interested bidders shall prepare the following:

• • Details of the repo unit they want to bid for such as the repo unit’s Brand, Model, SKU ID, and Starting Bid Price.
  • One (1) valid ID. Visit this link for the list of acceptable IDs.
  • PhP 1,000 GCash security deposit to validate their bid entry.
    • A reimbursable PhP1,000 security deposit via GCash is required for each motorcycle unit upon bidding (PhP1,000 per motorcycle unit). This will serve as an advance/security payment for the winning bidder (to be deducted from the total bid price), while reimbursements will be done for the losing bidders. Every successful bidder gets a FREE motorcycle helmet after claiming the repo unit.

• Bidders shall submit their bid entry through this online form: TamBike sa SB Finance Sealed Bidding Form.
  • Note: The bidding form will only be open for entries on September 21, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

• Bidding Overview
  • You must be of legal age (18 years old and above) to participate.
  • Your offer must be equal to or greater than the starting bid.
  • The bidder with the highest bid amount will win. In case of a tie, winners have the option to submit a higher bid to secure the unit.
• Payment Overview
  • Cash payment only
  • All winning bidders are encouraged to pay on the same day. Otherwise, winning bids must be paid within the next banking day (September 23) after receiving the winning notice.
  • Failure to complete payment within the designated period will result in forfeiture of the unit.
• Repo Units
  • The availability of units listed is subject to change without prior notice.
  • Repo units for bidding are offered on an "as is, where is" basis.
  • You accept that units are to be accepted in their existing state, with all faults and defects (if any).
  • We encourage you to visit our repo warehouse for a thorough inspection before placing your bid.

Upon completion of the form, a confirmation page shall appear which will serve as acknowledgement receipt of the bid. In case confirmation page did not appear, please feel free to email our remarketing personnel at [email protected].

•  Bidders are allowed to submit more than one (1) bid for their desired unit. They must complete one (1) fully accomplished online bidding application form per bid. For example, three (3) bids equal three (3) completely filled online bidding application forms.
• All listed units shall be on an “AS IS WHERE IS” basis. The client agrees with the quality and condition of the unit before submitting their sealed bid.
