With over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, Mark has built deep expertise in project management, retail credit risk review, and customer service operations to enhance operational efficiency and improved customer satisfaction. He has held leadership roles from Bank of the Philippine Islands, Metrobank, and Security Bank.

Mark holds a degree of Bachelor of Science and Commerce, major in Economics, from the University of Santo Tomas.
