As the head of our customer contact center, Mark leads his team in delivering efficient customer service to its internal and external clients across different channels.
He has over 18 years of extensive experience in the banking industry performing project management, retail credit risk reviews and customer service. He has held leadership roles from Bank of the Philippine Islands, Metrobank, and Security Bank.
Mark holds a degree of Bachelor of Science and Commerce Major in Economics from the University of Santo Tomas.
