Jas Gaa leads the strategy and growth of the company’s eSALAD portfolio.

She drives sales performance through market insights and strategic execution, while ensuring strong team productivity through leadership, training, and support. Jas also works closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Credit & Risk Management, Customer Service, Compliance, and Legal to enhance loan policies, processes, and overall customer experience.

With over 25 years of experience in banking and financing, Jas brings deep expertise in sales and account relationship management, anchored on strong client relationships and sustainable portfolio growth. She spent 15 years with Security Bank, and has held a key leadership role in SB Finance thereafter.

Jas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, major in Business Management, from the International Academy of Management and Economics.
