Ron Anthony Romo is the Group Head of Personal Loan and OR/CR for Cash Sales and Distribution, leading the Direct Sales Agency, Directly Managed Sales, Branch Channel and Alternative Channel networks of distribution. His role focuses on strategic execution and market analysis to enhance the sales performance and revenue growth of the Personal Loan and OR/CR for Cash products of the company.

Prior to joining SB Finance, Ron managed channel operations at CTBC Bank and Planters Development Bank as Channel Manager. His career also includes a tenure as Channel Manager at Sterling Bank of Asia from 2009 to 2012, where he spearheaded direct sales initiatives.

He began his career at Robinsons Savings Bank in 2004, initially as a Credit Officer involved in loan assessments, and later as a Sales Officer handling loan programs. He was also an Account Officer at BDO Leasing and Finance Inc., responsible for overseeing corporate client portfolios.

Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce, specializing in Business Management and Entrepreneurship, from San Beda University.
