Francisco M. Padilla III leads the design and implementation of compliance systems, ensuring adherence to critical regulations like the Anti-Money Laundering Law, Data Privacy Law, and Consumer Protection Act.

His role involves protecting the company from regulatory infractions and legal risk, minimizing any penalties and adverse legal implications thereby maximizing profitability, while offering vital regulatory and legal guidance across departments and divisions.

Francisco started his career in compliance at Equicom Savings Bank Inc. in 2013, quickly advancing to an officer role. In 2017, he joined BPI subsidiaries, leading Compliance, Data Privacy, and Consumer Protection, and later added Audit, Risk Functions, and HR responsibilities.

He became the first organic employee who became an Assistant Vice President at the said BPI subsidiary. In 2023, he was elected Director of the Philippine Finance Association, is representing SB Finance Inc. to the industry for three terms and counting.

Francisco is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Economics, from the University of the East, and holds a Juris Doctor degree, as well as a certification in Strategic Compliance for the Banking Industry from De La Salle University.
