Francisco M. Padilla III is the Head of the Compliance Department, and the Data Protection Officer at SB Finance, Inc.. He leads the design and implementation of compliance systems, ensuring adherence to critical regulations like the Anti-Money Laundering Law, Data Privacy Law, and Consumer Protection Act.

His role involves protecting the company from regulatory infractions, minimizing any changes of penalties thereby maximizing profitability, while offering vital regulatory guidance across departments.

Francisco started his career in compliance at Equicom Savings Bank Inc.  in 2013, quickly advancing to an officer role. In 2017, he joined BPI subsidiaries, leading Compliance, Data Privacy, and Consumer Protection, and later added Audit, Risk Functions and HR responsibilities.

He became the first organic employee who became an Assistant Vice President at BPI said subsidiary. In 2023, he was elected Director of the Philippine Finance Association prior to joining SB Finance, Inc..

Francisco is a graduate of BSBA Economics from the University of the East, and holds a Juris Doctor degree, as well as a certification in Strategic Compliance for the Banking Industry from De La Salle University.
