Dominic Notario is the Chief Risk Officer of SB Finance.

Dominic oversees SB Finance’s efforts managing the enterprise risk in the company’s overall portfolio and business through the formulation and implementation of the company’s risk strategies.

With over 15 years of solid work experience in Consumer Finance and Risk Management in various companies in Southeast Asia. He has handled leadership roles in top financial institutions in China, Thailand, Singapore, Myanmar, and now the Philippines.

Dominic holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry from Princeton University, New Jersey, USA, a Post Graduate Diploma from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and has earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from The Hongkong University of Science and Technology.
