Anna leads the development and implementation of employee-related programs and processes that support organizational success and drive the desired culture.  She provides high-quality support on all areas of HR including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits administration, labor relations and organizational development.

She has more than 20 years experience in Talent Management and Acquisition, HR Operations, Project Implementation and Stakeholder Management.  

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman and a certified Development Dimensions International facilitator.
