Anna Carreon is a senior HR leader with over 30 years of professional experience both locally and overseas. She provides high‑quality leadership and oversight across the development and delivery of people strategies across talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, labor relations, and organizational development. In addition to HR, she also manages key corporate support functions such as Procurement and Facilities Support, ensuring alignment between people, processes, and operational efficiency.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of the Philippines, Diliman, and is a certified Development Dimensions International (DDI) Facilitator.
