Amp Chandrruangphen is in charge of the company’s risk management framework, portfolio oversight, and governance functions. He brings over 15 years of experience in banking and financial services, with expertise in portfolio management, loss planning, data analytics, model development, and risk governance.

Prior to joining SB Finance, Amp held senior risk leadership roles at Bank of Ayudhya (Krungsri) in Thailand, where he led ASEAN risk governance, loan loss provisioning, and enterprise risk planning. He also held risk management positions at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ in Japan, and GE Capital in Thailand.

He holds an MBA in Finance and Consulting from Purdue University, a Bachelor of Law from Chulalongkorn University, and dual undergraduate degrees in Industrial Management and Chemistry from Purdue University.
