Abbie Dans-Casanova is the President and Chief Executive Officer of SB Finance, bringing over 25 years of distinguished experience in consumer banking and financial services.

Throughout her career, Abbie has built deep expertise across the full credit life cycle, spanning consumer finance, small business lending, and credit card portfolios. She has successfully led the growth and scaling of both secured and unsecured consumer and SME loan portfolios, demonstrating strong capabilities in risk management, portfolio optimization, and business transformation.

Abbie has held senior leadership roles in leading multinational and domestic financial institutions, including Citibank, GE Money, BDO, and Security Bank, where she drove strategic initiatives and delivered sustained business performance.

She earned a Post-graduate Diploma in Global Business at the University of Oxford, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics (Cum Laude) from the University of the Philippines. She is also a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and recently completed the inaugural Chief Executive Officer Program of the Asian Institute of Management, further strengthening her leadership and strategic management credentials.

In her current role, Abbie, together with her management team, has transformed SB Finance into a thriving, profitable non-bank finance company with a strong focus on serving the mass market segment, reinforcing its position as a trusted and accessible financial partner.
