Compliance Officer

Ryan Bautista is the Compliance Officer of SB Finance.

Ryan will be leading the establishment of the SB Finance’s Compliance team who will handle monitoring of proper execution and implementation of all regulatory mandates. He also handles data privacy matters relevant to the privacy or data protection policies and practices including data security and/or data protection needs.

He brings with him over 10 years of work experience from various industries.

He usually worked in the field of Audit from non-bank non-financial institutions prior to Compliance and Data Protection Officer in various banks and non-bank financial institutions like Philippine National Bank, Mega International Commercial Bank Co. Ltd.-Manila Branch, and Digido Finance Corp. He has extensive experience in the field of Regulatory Compliance, AMLCFT, Audit, Data Privacy, and Risk Management.

He graduated with Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Saint Paul University, Tuguegarao City.
